Bolt On, Fuse On and Weld On Towing Heads
Bolt On Towing Heads
Bolt on Towing Heads are normally used
on large diameter pipe where the weight and expense of an expanding
towing head is prohibitive. They
are normally bolted to a length of pipe which is then butt fused onto
the pipe to be installed. A
baffle may be welded into the pipe if it is to be ballasted with water.
Our bolt on towing heads have a heavy duty construction and are made to
order.

Our range of Fuse-On Towing Heads are
machined from solid polyethylene bar.
They have a sealed eyebolt to keep the pipe clean and a stepped
design at the back to allow easy butt fusion to SDR11 or SDR17.6.
Weld On Steel Towing Heads
Made to order to suit the steel pipe
being installed.
A removable pad eye can be
incorporated to connect from the swivel to different heads.
